As part of her career as a compliance officer in the healthcare field, Dianne Montgomery conducts investigations, performs computer forensics, and engages in eDiscovery projects. Among many other activities. That said, unlike many others in her profession, she also responds to specific incidents and takes corrective action when necessary. She also tends to takes the lead on audits by federal agencies and leads the way on all disclosures that become necessary. If that’s not enough, Dianne Montgomery also navigates organizational issues and takes protective action against breaches and maintains appropriate and fruitful relationships with relevant regulators. Since Dianne has been doing this type of work for a long time, she tends to be trusted by many. Her past experience includes significant time working for the University of Pennsylvania, a major research hospital, but it also includes her considerable time doing compliance work with Fortune 500 healthcare company, DaVita. In addition to business and compliance experience, Dianne Montgomery also has plenty of education in her background. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University. She also has a Certification in Healthcare Compliance, which serves her well. In addition to that, she has a philanthropic side as well. She spends much of her spare time caring for injured or abandoned animals with a Philadelphia animal shelter and she also does a lot of volunteer work inner city youth in Philadelphia as a mentor and guide to a better life. In those volunteer positions, she does everything possible to inform the public of the importance of adoptions and donations to animal welfare, even as she helps children with very little hope fine their way to a better life.
